Sam loves wedding photography
Sam has been a photographer for six years (she was a primary school teacher beforehand). Having trained in advanced wedding and portrait photography Sam loves wedding photography being able to capture the emotions of the day is so special.
It’s a very personal thing to be allowed into a couple’s special day, and she likes to think that she adds reassurance throughout the day; not just through knowing her craft, but with the little things like advise on walking slowly down the aisle (remembering she practically ran down the aisle on her day 25 years ago!); making sure her couples are keep hydrated and breaking them free for portraits and some peace and quiet when they seem to be overwhelmed by the occasion.
meeting face to face is important
Sam likes to meet her couples before they even book. It’s so important that all ‘hit it off’ and meeting face to face really helps initiate this.
Passionate about what she does Sam likes to think that she also contributes towards the entire wedding experience and she has to admit she probably loves looking at the images as much as her couples and always feels excited when showing them for the first time.
